Melanie + Andrew // Bethany Beach, DE

It has been a while since I sat down and decided to do a blog. Partly because of the lack of time (busy and what not) and partly because I save it for those special sessions where I can’t decide what photos to post in a “sneak peak”. Well, this session stopped the busy and had me excited to post! The dreaded 4am wake up to drive to the shore was as expected…early. But it was well worth it and I cannot wait for the wedding this summer!

Kim + Will // November 10th, University & Whist Club, Wilmington, DE

Kim and Will’s wedding is one I will remember for a long time to come! I met Kim when she was 14 at my best friend’s wedding. Little did I know I would be capturing her special day 12 years later! We started at the Hotel Du Pont when the music was playing and the mimosas were flowing. It was a cold and windy day, but no one could tell by the warmth in the room. The welcoming in environment made for an easy time capturing the happiness of the day. We met the boys at the University and Whist Club, housed a beautiful Tilton Mansion, in Wilmington. We braved the cold for the first look and it was worth it. The love these two have is something to be envied. I don’t think I stopped laughing the rest of the day, which certainly made for some fun photos! Congrats Kim and Will, wanna do it all over again?!?

Jordan + Anthony // October 13th, Dupont Country Club, Wilmington, DE

The day started with rain, which seems to be the theme for 2018. The ceremony was sent inside, but the room was beautiful! Jordan and Anthony were so excited to finally tie the knot! The room was a buzz with happiness from all their family and friends. Thankfully the rain quit and we got to spend some time outside. Congrats you two! What a great way to start your new life! ee

Jenn + Paul // July 15th, French Creek Golf Club, Elverson, PA

It was a rainy day in Pennsylvania, that seems to be how all my weddings have started this year, but this one changed. The day cleared and became as beautiful as Jenn and Paul were on their wedding day. The ceremony moved to the barn, mainly so no one sunk in to the wet grass, but look at this barn! Rain or shine, this barn might have been my choice anyway! Jenn and Paul are two of the sweetest, most fun loving couples I have had. The smiles on their faces were so genuine and filled with Joy that you couldn't help but be swept up in the happiness of the day. Oh and I didn't even mention the venue! Can I do my wedding all over again to have it at French Creek Golf Club? I was truly sad when the day had to end but love going back and reliving the day through photos.
